We appreciate your trust in our medical facility and the services we provide. Prior to proceeding with any treatment or procedure, we want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our policy regarding refunds and the provision of in-house credits.

Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the provider's day that could have been filled by another patient with ample notice. As such, we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours cancellation notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a $100 fee for services valued over $100and/or will be charged the full-service price for services under $100. *

Refunds

Please be informed that SavvyDerm Skin Clinic does not offer refunds for services rendered. This policy is in place due to the nature of the healthcare industry and the personalized attention we provide to each patient. Our commitment is to deliver the highest quality care and allocate necessary resources to ensure your well-being throughout your treatment journey.

In-House Credit

We acknowledge that there may be circumstances where you may prefer to utilize the funds spent on the initial service toward other services within our facility. In such cases, we offer an in-house credit option.

In lieu of a refund, you will receive an in-house credit equivalent to the amount paid for the service. This credit can be applied towards future services rendered or skincare product purchases at our medical facility, subject to availability and at the discretion of our healthcare professionals.

It is important to note the following details regarding the utilization of the in-house credit:

1. The credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the patient named above.

2. The credit cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of reimbursement outside of our medical facility.
