Local Pickup Policy

If you select local pickup at checkout, you’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready.
Please wait for that email before arriving. Pickup is available during clinic hours:
Tuesday–Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM

If someone else is picking up for you, please ensure they have your name and order number.

Shipping Policy

All SavvyDerm shop orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.  SavvyDerm is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed USPS shipments.  Tracking information is provided for each SavvyDerm order.  Orders submitted on "SavvyDerm Approved 3rd Party Retailer" websites are outside of our control.  SavvyDerm does not have access to, nor visibility into, 3rd party shipments.  Customers will need to contact the 3rd party retailer or the postal carrier directly for information related to a 3rd party website purchase.

"Free Shipping Over $199" is not valid on site-wide or collection-wide sales.  A shipping fee of $11.50 USD is applied to all site-wide or collection-wide sales regardless of cart value.
