Yes, SavvyDerm Skin Clinic is appointment-only to ensure each patient receives dedicated, uninterrupted time and a fully personalized experience with our providers.
No. A deposit is not required to book most services at SavvyDerm Skin Clinic. A deposit is only required for CO2 laser treatments, and deposit details will be discussed with you at the time of booking.
Depending on the service you'd like to book for, you may request your preferred provider when booking at SavvyDerm Skin Clinic. Our team includes a board-certified Dermatology Nurse Practitioner, and a Licensed Esthetician. Provider availability will depend on the treatment you're booking and their area of expertise.
Yes. Board-Certified Dermatology NP Catie Boucher offers virtual skincare consultations at SavvyDerm Skin Clinic so you can receive the same expert guidance, level of care, and personalized treatment plan from anywhere in the world.

We recommend booking your SavvyDerm Skin Clinic appointment at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time and allow for proper skin preparation before your treatment.
Appointments with Derm NP Catie Boucher may book 3+ weeks out.

Cancellation & Late Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at SavvyDerm Skin Clinic, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can honor our providers' time and accommodate other patients. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a late cancellation fee. To make any changes, please call or text 302-257-5089.

If you're running late to your SavvyDerm Skin Clinic appointment, please call or text us at 302-257-5089 so we can notify your provider. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment.
Payments & Pricing
Yes. SavvyDerm Skin Clinic offers payment plans through Affirm when you purchase a treatment or package through RepeatMD. Payment plans are not available for treatments purchased directly at checkout in the clinic.
Yes. SavvyDerm Skin Clinic accepts HSA and FSA cards.
SavvyDerm Skin Clinic does not accept insurance.

At SavvyDerm Skin Clinic we offer multiple consultation types. For skincare and acne consults, you will receive a $100 credit towards skincare purchased at the time of your appointment.
For all other consults, if you book and arrive for your recommended treatment within 90 days of your initial consultation, you will receive the consultation fee back to you which will be applied towards your treatment.
Gratuities are never expected at SavvyDerm Skin Clinic. While tipping is appreciated for services performed by our Licensed Esthetician, it is not customary or accepted for treatments performed by our Dermatology Nurse Practitioner. Gratuity must either be in cash or Venmo.
In-Clinic Shopping
Yes. You can expect to find the same SavvyDerm-approved, medical-grade skincare products both in-clinic and online, allowing for a seamless shopping experience wherever you choose to shop.

Yes. If you're visiting SavvyDerm Skin Clinic and prefer to have your SavvyDerm-approved products shipped, we're happy to send them directly to your home. Orders under $199 are subject to a $9 shipping fee.
Yes. SavvyDerm offers a 30-day return policy. If you're local and would like to make a return or exchange in person, you're welcome to visit the clinic and our team will be happy to assist you.

SavvyDerm Skin Clinic is located at 32769 Cedar Drive, Unit 200, Millville DE, 19967
When you arrive at SavvyDerm Skin Clinic, you may park anywhere in the building's main parking lot. Please note that our clinic entrance is located on the backside of the building.
SavvyDerm Skin Clinic is open Tuesday–Friday from 7am–4pm.
If you need to contact us outside of business hours, please call or text 302-257-5089, and a member of our team will follow up as soon as possible.
If numbing is required for your SavvyDerm Skin Clinic treatment, you will be notified at the time of booking and be asked to arrive 30 minutes early. Your appointment reminders—sent 2 days and 2 hours prior—will also include this information.
If your reminders do not mention arriving early for numbing, you may arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
Patients under the age of 18 may receive treatment at SavvyDerm Skin Clinic with parental or legal guardian consent. A parent or guardian must also be present for all appointments.
Yes, SavvyDerm Skin Clinic is fully wheelchair accessible and compliant with ADA guidelines. Our building offers elevator access and wheelchair-accessible restrooms for your comfort and convenience.
You do not need to bring anything to your SavvyDerm Skin Clinic appointment. If possible, we recommend arriving with clean skin, but we do offer a face wash station for your convenience.
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your SavvyDerm Skin Clinic appointment to ensure all intake forms are completed and to allow time for any pre-treatment preparation.
You're also welcome to relax and enjoy a complimentary coffee and warm hand towel before your service begins.
Shipping & Returns
Yes. Express orders include expedited carrier shipping. SavvyDerm orders typically ship within 1–3 business days via DHL. Shipping timelines may vary based on location and carrier conditions.
At this time, international shipping is not available through our online shop. However, we do offer international shipping through our clinic.
Shipping rates, taxes, and tariffs vary by destination and are determined by the carrier and the destination country's customs authority. These fees are outside of SavvyDerm's control and are the responsibility of the receiving party.

Yes. SavvyDerm offers free shipping on orders of $199 or more, after discounts and before taxes.
SavvyDerm uses DHL as our primary shipping carrier. However, DHL may utilize other carriers for the last mile.
Standard shipping typically takes 4–6 business days from order submission to delivery.
For PO Boxes, DHL transfers the package to your local post office for final delivery.
For APO/FPO addresses, SavvyDerm ships via FedEx Economy to ensure the proper documentation is included and delivery is handled efficiently. If applicable, duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.

After placing an order with SavvyDerm, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking link once your order ships. You can also view your order details and tracking information by logging into your SavvyDerm account and clicking the account icon in the top right-hand corner.
To be eligible for return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as delivery issues are handled by the carrier once an order has shipped. You may submit a claim through DHL using the link below:

Returned to sender packages are managed by the shipping carrier (DHL). While we're happy to assist when possible, carrier-related delivery issues are outside of our control once the order ships. If the package is returned to us, we'll contact you to discuss available options.

SavvyDerm does not ship orders on federally recognized holidays.
We do ship during sales and promotional events; however, due to increased order volume, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed. Our team works diligently to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible and get your skincare to you promptly.
Yes. Shipping times may be impacted by weather conditions, regional disruptions, or carrier-related delays depending on your location. Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside of SavvyDerm's control. We always recommend allowing additional time for order processing during periods of severe weather or holidays.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items purchased during sitewide sales or promotional events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Orders placed using a personal discount code outside of a sitewide promotion may still qualify for a return in accordance with our standard return policy.

Not all products sold at SavvyDerm are considered pregnancy or breastfeeding-safe. As a general rule, we recommend avoiding products containing retinoids or salicylic acid during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
