We are sorry to hear about your frustrations with the shipping of your order. After reviewing your order, it appears you submitted your order on July 28th and it was packaged by our team on that same day and picked up by USPS on July 29th. This is based on the USPS tracking number from your order. Unfortunately, once the package is in the hands of the USPS postal service we have no control over the order.
Based on the USPS tracking number for your order (also available to you in your shipment email), your order is in your area but delayed due to a USPS issue.
