We have reviewed the orderto see if we are able to get additonal information for you. The order was placed on January 21st and shipped out within one day (January 22nd). Based on the tracking information from USPS, the shipment has been delayed in arriving 'due to hazardous or unsafe weather conditions.'
Unfortunately, we do not have insight into the shipment once the carrier (USPS) has take ownership of the package. We recommend contacting your local USPS office with your tracking number as they can locate it within their system.
